Position: SHIFT ENGINEER

Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the E&I Shift Incharge.
• Ensure maximum running hours for the plant and minimize breakdowns during shift operations.
• Maintain log books, checklists, toolbox talks, work permits, etc.
• Conduct periodic maintenance of all E&I equipment, including Transformers, IMCC, Motors, PLC, VVVF Drives, and Field Instruments.
• Calibrate all weigh feeders, packer spouts, and weighing equipment.
• Ensure all safety precautions are followed during work.
• Oversee manpower deployment and job distribution.
• Ensure availability of E&I spares.
• Demonstrate knowledge of SAP PM & TPM.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Qualification Required: Diploma/BE in Electrical/Instrumentation.
• Industry Type Exposure: Cement Plant.
