Job Description:
Indo Autotech Limited - Unit II is seeking a skilled and experienced Engineer to join our Production Department, specifically in the Weld Shop specializing in MIG welding for heavy fabrication. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and have 2-4 years of relevant experience in the sheet metal heavy fabrication industry, particularly within the automobile sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing MIG welding operations in the weld shop.
- Ensuring the production process aligns with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with the production team to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to welding and fabrication.
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring proper functioning for optimal performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience in MIG welding and heavy fabrication, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
