Roles and Responsibilities

Exchange Server Administrator:

• Manage and maintain Exchange Server infrastructure.
• Monitor email servers and ensure smooth communication flow.
• Implement security policies and troubleshoot server issues.

Exchange Server Associates:

• Assist in managing Exchange Server operations.
• Perform server maintenance tasks under guidance.
• Support troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

Minimum Graduate Degree in Engineering or Master in Computer Application.

Experience Required:

Prior experience in server administration roles is preferred.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange Server.
• Knowledge of networking and IT security protocols.
• Problem-solving and teamwork skills.
