Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and solutions to the management team.
- Assist in process improvements and strategic planning within the factory.
- Support in the development of technical strategies and guidelines.

- Prepare reports and present findings to senior management.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualifications: - Candidates should have a **B.A**, **B.Sc**, **B.Tech/B.E**, **M.Sc**, **M.E/M.Tech** degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
Experience Required: - Previous experience in a similar consultancy role is preferred, but freshers with relevant qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
Skills Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Knowledge of manufacturing and defense operations is a plus
