Position: Assistant Registrar
Location: Sohna Road, Gurugram
Responsibilities
- Liaisoning and correspondence with various government bodies such as UGC, BCI, AICTE, PCI, COA, etc.
- Preparation of interconnected information for updating the university's website related to admissions, registry, and regulations.
- Composing data for BCI and PCI applications and preparing for their respective visits for program approvals.
- Maintenance of records related to scholarships/assistantships for UG/PG students.
- Coordination with various agencies for conducting entrance examinations.
- Maintaining data for various statutory bodies such as UGC, NAAC, AISHE, etc.
- Compilation of data for MIS/Annual reports and assisting in applying for new courses and programs.
- Registration of students in Haryana State Technical Education Society.
- Providing support to key offices on campus and issuing notices and circulars as necessary.
- Assisting the Registrar with other administrative tasks as necessary.
