Zoho is hiring a Network Operations Engineer (NOC Engineer) for our data center operations. Join us in Chennai to help monitor and maintain network performance, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure the availability of services.
Role Overview:
As a NOC Engineer, you will manage the daily operations of our network infrastructure, monitor network performance, respond to incidents, and troubleshoot network issues. Strong technical skills and attention to detail are crucial for this role.
Skills Required:
- Networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, EVPN
- Hands-on experience: Cisco routing, switching, firewalls, and network monitoring tools
- Proficiency with: Network management and monitoring tools
- Experience: Data center infrastructure and network equipment
- Problem-solving skills: Pcap & DPI analytics using Wireshark
- Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+ (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain network performance using management tools and dashboards.
- Respond to network incidents, investigate and diagnose technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth network operations.
Note: Must be available for 24x7 rotational shifts. CCNA certification is preferred.
