Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic individuals for various roles in Production, Machining, Press and Weld, Paint, Quality, and Safety departments. The major roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring daily production plans and meeting targets
- Calibration of equipment
- Line process checks and verifications
- CNC program troubleshooting
- TPM inspection and verification
- Conducting FMEAs and implementing process documents
- Monitoring daily paint operations
- Conducting part inspection and dispatch quality checks
- Daily attendance monitoring and controlling absenteeism
- Implementing and promoting Kaizens
- Maintaining 5S standards
- Ensuring quality and safety compliance
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical
Key Skills:
2-8 years of similar experience in the manufacturing industry (preferably automotive)
Good communication skills
