Job Description

• Manage IT assets inventory & tag IT assets.
• Hands-on experience with IT helpdesk management tools.
• Checking hardware issues related to desktops/laptops/printers, etc.
• Manage day-to-day requests of ID creation & modifications in Central Active Directory Server.
• Knowledge of end-user backup solutions.
• Installation & troubleshooting of computer hardware & software issues.
• Ensure patch management on computers.
• Support for video conferencing, projector & display devices.
• L1 support to server & network devices.
• Identify and resolve software and system abnormalities and hardware malfunctions.
• Ensure IT compliance as per IT Policy & Guidelines.
• Execute and assist in the installation of IT infrastructure and set up across current and new projects.
• Maintain a tracker of day-to-day IT activities.
• Vendor management for hardware, software & faulty parts.

Qualifications Required

Polytechnic/Diploma, UG (B.Sc/B.Tech/B.E/Any UG Degree), PG (M.Sc/M.Tech/M.E/Any PG Degree)

Specialization: Any IT Graduation

Experience: Experienced
