Key Responsibilities:

• NDT Operations: Conduct and oversee Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) of aerospace hardware, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Quality Assurance: Guarantee that production lines and products meet stringent quality and compliance requirements.
• Issue Resolution: Collaborate with Quality and Line Leaders to identify and resolve product quality issues.
• Training & Leadership: Train and mentor team personnel, leading the qualification process.
• Product Development: Contribute to new product development to prevent quality issues.
• Audit Coordination: Manage AS/NADCAP and other relevant audits, ensuring compliance with aerospace industry standards.
• System Improvement: Work with leadership to enhance the quality management system based on audit findings.

Required Skills:

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Aerospace Prime requirements and NADCAP standards.
• Certification: Documented On-the-Job Training (OJT) in NDT per NAS 410 norms, qualifying as Level 2 in CR/FPI.
• Hands-On Experience: Extensive experience in performing NDT operations, process control checks, and adhering to GE-Aviation specific customer P-specs.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
