Job Overview: IMS Trainee Role

• Job Title: Trainee – Infrastructure Management Support (IMS)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai
• Compensation: INR 15,000/month (first 3 months), followed by INR 3.00 LPA
• Service Agreement: 2 years (Penalty: INR 2 Lakhs)
• Eligible Qualifications: BSc (CS/IT/Electronics, EEE, Circuital) & BCA
• Location Eligibility: Candidates from Maharashtra only

Job Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 IT infrastructure and applications support.
• Log incidents and track issues through a ticketing tool.
• Troubleshoot MS Outlook, MS Office, antivirus software, and networks.
• Provide remote desktop support using DameWare, Bomgar, TeamViewer.
• Ensure 24/7 IT support in rotational shifts.
• Follow IT service desk checklists and SLAs.
• Handle international client communication via phone and email.
