Job Role: Content Moderator

As a Content Moderator at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that online platforms remain safe, compliant, and free from harmful content. This role requires keen attention to detail and adherence to content guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Review, analyze, and moderate user-generated content based on predefined guidelines.
✔ Identify and escalate inappropriate content, such as graphic violence, hate speech, and child abuse.
✔ Recognize trends and patterns and flag potential risks in real-time.
✔ Ensure compliance with community standards, policies, and legal requirements.
✔ Provide insights to enhance the user experience and content policies.
✔ Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain quality standards.
✔ Deliver excellent customer service while handling sensitive content.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualifications:

Any graduate (except Law degree holders)
Freshers are eligible

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to identify patterns and insights in content moderation
A customer-centric approach with effective communication skills
Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends

✔ 3 passport-size photographs
✔ Original Aadhar card (for verification)
✔ 2 copies of Aadhar card
