Current Opportunity:
Shift Engineer - Oxygen Plant (Operation & Maintenance)
Qualification: BE / B Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe operation and maintenance of ASU's (Air Separation Units).
- Maintain uninterrupted supply of Oxygen & Nitrogen to SMS, BF, and other user departments.
- Monitor and adjust process parameters, addressing any issues promptly.
- Conduct field rounds to detect and address leakages, looseness, and abnormalities.
- Maintain operation records and support shutdown activities.
- Foster a culture of safety in the department.
- Assist in departmental 10S, TPM documentation, and activities.
- Maintain production and consumption data in SAP.
- Communicate and coordinate with SMS, BF, and other user departments.
- Support ASU-4 Project and commissioning activities.
