Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit:

• SI (Master/Engine Driver): 22 to 28 years (Born between 01.07.1996 and 01.07.2002)
• HC (Master/Engine Driver/Workshop) & Constable (Crew): 20 to 25 years (Born between 01.07.1999 and 01.07.2004)

Educational and Technical Qualifications:

• SI (Master): 2nd class Master Certificate from Central/State Inland Water Transport Authority/Mercantile Marine Department.
• SI (Engine Driver): 1st class Engine Driver Certificate from Central/State Inland Water Transport Authority/Mercantile Marine Department.
• HC (Master): Serang Certificate.
• HC (Engine Driver): Matriculation and 2nd class Engine Driver Certificate.
• HC (Workshop): Matriculation and ITI Diploma in relevant trade.
• Constable (Crew): Matriculation, one year experience in boat operation below 265 HP, and swimming skills.
