About the Role:

Drive sales and training at one of the fastest-growing companies in the US. Fresh Prints empowers student entrepreneurs, known as Campus Managers, at over 500 campuses. You'll help train these students, support their business growth, and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with trainees and manage daily training activities
Guide Campus Manager trainees to build entrepreneurial skills and secure sales
Brainstorm ideas to ensure Campus Managers' success
Collect feedback to improve training experiences

Requirements:

At least 1 year of hands-on sales experience (Freshers are welcome)
Exceptional communication skills with a neutral accent
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Proactive, goal-oriented, and calm under pressure

Working Hours: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST
